DESCRIPTION & TASKS:
The goal of the project was the rollout of a Salesforce instance and its adaptation to the
customer's service and sales processes.
Here we implemented, with a team, various requirements from all areas of the Sales Cloud and
the Service Cloud. The frontend was developed using Lightning Components and supplemented
by JavaScript, CSS and HMTL. In the backend the processes were implemented using Apex. The
biggest challenge during this project was that there was a very tight time frame for the completion
of the implementation.

DESCRIPTION & TASKS:
The aim of this project was the new development of a brand-spanning, uniform tool for the
breakdown service worldwide. The call center agent can call up the customer's vehicle by
entering the vehicle identification number (VIN) and thus receives all information about the
vehicle and the backend status. This tool enables a better interaction between the customer
service staff "Call Center" and the dealers, as well as the support of the driver in case of a
breakdown. For this purpose, the nearest location of a service partner is sent to the driver's
navigation system "Point of Interest".
