Realized Projects :
• Technical Project Manager for the new SURPASS (NGN) Project in TUNISIA (TUNTEL ): Voice Over IP : Implementation of a layer of IP Transit to serve Mobile voice Traffic
(Implementation of an IP layer with juniper product (M10 and ERX700) connected to IP BACKBONE of TUNISIE TELECOM. This IP layer is used by Media Gateways to can deserve voice traffic).

• Technical Project Manager for LI(Lawful Interception)&MC(Monitoring Center) projects in Tunisia ( Tunisia Telecom ) :
Commissioning of the LIOS System and the MC System, Customer Support for the LIOS System, the MC System (Voice & DATA) and the GPRSMC System, Collaborated in the commissioning of the IPMC and in the GPRSMC.

• Technical Support (TAC3) for SOLPA Project (Switzerland) Implementation of the Facility H.323 ( for subscriber : VOIP , VOBB) , commissioning of the HIR220 , Implementation of the solution MGCP (for subscriber VOBB ),TAC3 for NGN Solution ( HIE 9200 , PCU , HIG 1600 , HIG 1000 , HIG1200 , HIR220 , HIG 50 , IP- CentreX , H.323 , MGCP ).

• Commissioning and administration of NetManager ( Algeria ) : 14 Siemens Servers , for supervision and operation of the Telecom Network in Algeria .

• Technical Project Manager for Commissioning & Acceptance of CTN CASA-Anwal ( Morocco : Maroc Telecom ) V15 POWERNODE ( CP + SSNC , SND , MBD ) + Installation and Administration of NetManager V5.1 Single Machine.

• Technical Project Manager for the project of the NetManager centralize in ELOURDIA TUNISIA ( TUNTEL )&Configuration &Implementation of CISCO routers ( Cisco 800 Series , Cisco 2600 Series )& Implementation of CISCO switch ( Cisco 1500 Series ).

• Commissioning & Configuration of ERXs700 (Hached + Beja: TUNISIA) for SURPASS Project (TUNTEL).

• Implementation & Acceptance of the SURPASS Project ( HIQ10 , HIQ30 , HIQ9200 , HIG1000 ) (EWSD POWERNODE V15: CP + SSNC , Voice OVER IP , CCD , Telecom Facility OVER IP) ( NEXT GENERATION Network) in HACHED TUNISIA ( TUNTEL ).
