Description de la mission
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos partenaires un PMO Summit sur Paris. De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans.
Liaising with the technology resource provider
• Partnership with the technology resource provider, and the resources assigned by the provider to assist the upgrade project.
Project plan, progress and budget tracking
• Tracking progress as per current plan, achieved last period, anticipated for next period, resource level usage, as well delivery against the budget. Provide periodic management information to management team in FO Rates IT organisation as instructed by the Global Head of Summit Development indicated above.
• Producing a set of key performance indicators allowing the Rates IT Management to track project progress and assess any variance against the initial plan
• Managing project planning and re-baselining exercises if required to ensure all appropriate parties are properly informed with controlled and accurate information, and all parties can commit to the planned deliverables.
Running the project governance
• Organizing and chairing the weekly working groups with the relevant business and support functions representatives.
• Organizing and chairing the monthly Project Steering Committee (PSC) with the relevant business and support functions representatives.
• Producing regular project reporting for both project governance and also general Senior IT and Business Management
• Ensuring that the risk and issues are logged and assigned appropriately. Making sure owners progress the resolution towards the expected date so as to ensure minimal impact on the project plan and resources.
• Managing escalation to the Rates FO IT Management where relevant and assist in the escalation follow up / resolution.
• Capturing change requests coming up during the course of the project and ensuring these are sized and prioritised by the PSC.
