Data Governance Strategy Implementation:

• Lead and ensure adherence to governance policies during SAP deployments.
• Support local teams in applying data governance frameworks

Data Extraction, Quality, Cleansing, Enrichment, and Migration:

• Oversee data extraction, quality checks, cleansing, enrichment, and migration.
• Maintain comprehensive data migration plans and documentation

Master Data Governance (MDG) Implementation:

• Implement and enforce master data standards within SAP MDG.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all domains

Data Risk Mitigation:

• Identify and mitigate data-related risks during and after migration.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls Internal

Planning and Progress Reporting:

• Develop detailed data migration plans and provide regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with teams to align data migration activities with the overall project plan.

Profile:

• Expertise and Certification: demonstrated expertise in data management, supported by a master's degree or certification in frameworks like DCAM or DAMA.
• Experience in Data Governance and SAP Deployments: proven experience in data governance, migration, and SAP deployments, especially in large-scale programs.
• Data Quality and Cleansing: strong understanding of data quality principles and cleansing techniques within data migration methodologies.
• Project Management and Analytical Skills: excellent project management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data-related issues.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.

Différence entre le WAVE & SQUAD (différence de responsabilités) : le WAVE va plutôt gérer 1 / 2 régions/pays (sur son spec) quand le SQUAD va gérer 1 / 2 sites client.
