MECHANIC –TECHNICIAN

> GAS GENERATORS,CATERPILLAR,PERKINS & SDMO GENERATORS - PLAN PUMPS & PLAN VALVES( Gen 550KW,350KW,176KW and many others types of generators and pumps)
- Organize and follow the preventive maintenance on the different equipments, materiel to keep the oil & gas productivity improve or growing up for good reputation for company.
- Rebuild the engine with new parts (pistons, rings kit piston ,liners, head cylinder, gaskets, seals cup bearing, injectors, sensors, senders, switches……)
- Troubleshooting, Diagnostic and adjust the valves and the injectors, testing the leaking from the oil cooler, radiator and liners. Fixing any can of breakdown on the field equipments and plan area.
- Making the preventive maintenance report and follow the generators parameters daily on the field et report any problem to the supervisor and plane the repair,
- Switching (Synchronize) the mobile generator with the fix generator for any emergency jobs or breakdowns on unsafe situation.

FIELD SERVICE MECHANIC FOREMAN

> Organizing and followed routine planning of equipment maintenance.
> On site, repair and breakdown service of the light vehicles, earthmovers machines, trucks and generators (Caterpillar, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll, Miller, Olympia, Aggreko …..)
> Diagnose by using the special tools and interventions on hydraulic system, mechanical, electric, electronic
> Purchase order of the spare parts with application software and Manufacturer manuals.

This period enabled me to acquire a solid experience both theoretical and practical regarding automobile (light vehicles) ,repair together with an add-in general mechanics.
