Telecommunications’ Engineer with thirteen years of multi-vendor MW and optical
transmission technology experiences. Have worked as a Front office engineer for two
years. Since 2007 until now, I work as a Technical support for transmission technologies.
My skills are capability to identify, analysing, and troubleshooting technical problems and
dealing with customer requirements. Competent, determined and having a good ability of
self-controlling under the stress which make me able to support big projects
My roles are providing level-2 technical support for the transmission equipment’s:
administration and operating Alcatel-Lucent servers 1353NM, 1354RM and the NMS 1350
OMS (WDM, SDH, EML and PKT). Managing Huawei network using iManager U2000
NMS: unified system for Huawei transmission equipment’s.
Providing technical support to the technicians on site.
Deliver the training for Ooredoo maintenance team.
My role also is to attend technical meetings with management and equipment vendors to
discuss matters concerning future expansion and technical issues affecting the network.
Evaluating and suggesting solutions to resolve problem encountered and to course plan of
action with other group/department in the implementation of project in delivering the highest
standard of service.

Being Responsible for investigating design defect and preparing recommendation whenever it is necessary.
Checking the NMS performance on weekly basis: monitoring the disk usage, network sizing, cleaning the unused files.
Checking the NMS backup
Being Responsible for site handover, expansion, checking, verification and reporting.
Attending technical meetings with the management and equipment vendors to discuss matters concerning future expansion and technical issues affecting the network (respecting SLA).
