Responsibility: Solution architecture/ Stream Lead & project manager
Key success factors: Collaborative approach/ Method to implement the new IFRS17 requirements.

International Consulting company specialized in implementing SAP solutions, 600 people (30
nationalities), Headquarters in Zurich.
Senior SAP FI/CO consultant – Reporting to clients and Partners.
Responsible of managing SAP FI/CO projects (finance, accounting, reporting) on a global level (local
GAAPS and IFRS) based on technical and functional expertise and business:
Designing solutions – Set-up Management – Team Management (40 people).
Project among others:
§ ZURICH FINANCIAL SERVICES, harmonization of financial European reporting’s:
- Responsibility: member of the financial project and project manager of the French
implementation.
- Key success factors: creating a cohesive team (organization of workshops, involving CFO’s,
organization of a communication project), coaching the project team members, constructive
feedback to the client.
- EULER HERMES AG (ALLIANZ COMPANY), Harmonization of Cost Accounting Group (1 year)
followed by the French BU rollout (3 years):
- Responsibilities: technical and functional support, Group for the project definition and
replacement of the Project Director during the last phase.
- Key success factors: establishing a quality relationship with the heads of accounting
departments and countries, and win of their support for Group solutions.
§ MUNICH-RE AMERICA (re-insurance), implementing a closing account solution:
- Responsibilities: management of the project, definition of accounting interfaces and closing
taking into account local requirements.

11/05 – 11/06 Project Manager – Reporting to the Global head of financial and accounting projects.
Responsibility of projects having an impact on general accounting, finance and taxation on an
international level; project methodology: PMP. Team management (25 people).
Among the projects:
§ Convergence of accounting records (4,000 users, project team: 25 pers.).
§ Data archiving Compaq (part of the merger HP / Compaq).
§ Progress of SAP tools within General Ledger scope.
§ Results: Granted 2 prices in 2006 (EMEA outstanding contribution to the results SOX, award
"Teamwork & Passion for Customers").
11 / 02 – 11/05 Finance and accounting responsible – Reporting to the Head of Accounting of European Region.
Coordination of monthly accounting closing through the standardization of processes.
Managing projects impacting General Ledger area combine with country functional support and
operational support with the Bangalore team.
§ Implementation of the new version of SAP FI/CO (project team: 50 people, 2 years project) with
the responsibility of General Ledger area.
§ Migration of the Digital Company (merged with HP) to SAP (project team: 10 people, 1 year
project):
- Participation to the solution design and to the development, responsibility on the entire project
from the beginning to the production phase (test coordination, training, change management).
§ Organization of events to strengthen the team spirit.
