o Part of a support team managing customers system of all kind on different OS and databases in hosted environments, remotely and in the cloud. Responsible for the end to end analysis and implementation of SAP landscapes for NRB customers, including SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, day to day SAP BC support, monitoring and tuning of SAP, databases and interfaces.  Implementation/maintenance of authorizations in security support team with R/3, CRM, IS-U/CCS 4.72 and BW 3.5 following SOX/CODIS rules.
 Recommending solutions for access changes, including Segregation of Duties conflicts reviews.
