• PeopleSoft Implementation at Petit Forestier (Paris, 7/2001 and ongoing)
PeopleSoft v. 8. Gregory is in charge of the Asset Management module. His tasks include: configuration, customisations, conversion, integration, testing, training. The client’s 12000 vehicles need to be converted into PeopleSoft. Interfaces are to be built with specially developed functionalities for car park management. Some special requests exist to further integrate the AM module with PO, AP and AR modules.
• PeopleSoft Implementation at Avery Dennison (Europe, 7/2000 – 7/2001)
Gregory is in charge of a European-wide Asset Management implementation. Through extensive contact with end-users in 18 European countries, Gregory gathers information about local statutory requirements. Next he is in charge of the configuration of the AM Module, customisations in the AM Module, integration with other modules (AP, GL, AR), data conversion, testing, training issues and the overall planning and management of the AM Project (including staffing).
• PeopleSoft implementation at VDAB (Brussels, 2/2000 – 7/2000)
Gregory is team leader in the solving of technical and functional problems and gives support to the end users. His main responsibility are the GL, AM and AR/BI modules. He also gives major support to the PO, AP, IN modules.
• Andersen Consulting/Carrefour: PeopleSoft implementation (Paris 9/99 – 12/99)
Gregory played a major role in the solving of technical and functional problems and gave support to the end users. Thanks to his thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft technology and his understanding of the functional side, Gregory could give a major push to the project in helping to solve a large part of the issues raised during testing of the customisations and the functional setup. He gave support to the PO, AP, GL, AM modules. The problems solved covered both technical and functional issues.
• Axa-Ré: PeopleSoft implementation (Paris 6/99 - 9/99)
Gregory gives guidance to the project with respect to technological and functional issues. Thanks to his thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft technology, Gregory is able to help the client make decisions with respect to strategic technological issues. He is responsible for giving overall technical support to the project. He is also involved in solving issues arising from incorrect functional setup.
• Deloitte & Touche: PeopleSoft implementation at Prologis (Amsterdam, 2/99-6/99)
Gregory was the lead functional consultant for the Asset Management module. He also gave major support to the following modules: General Ledger and Accounts Payable. His responsibilities included working extensively with client team members to analyse existing business processes; design and configure new existing processes into PeopleSoft. In a further stadium, Gregory played a major role in testing and debugging of the system, and in data conversion matters.
• Deloitte & Touche: Interim Management at Brunel (Rotterdam, 1/99-3/99)
Gregory functioned as interim manager in charge of the Payroll and Invoicing department (>10 people). He facilitated the transition to a new IT system and he designed procedures to control the quality of the invoicing and the payroll processed with the new IT system. He also contributed to user acceptance and motivation of the key users.
• PricewaterhouseCoopers: PeopleSoft implementation at VDAB (5/98 through 12/98)
Gregory had two roles at VDAB. He was responsible for day-to-day project management as well as the lead functional consultant for the Asset Management module. He also gave major support to the following modules: General Ledger, Purchase Orders, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Inventory. He solved many issues that concerned both functional and technical aspects. He was able to do this thanks to his thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft technology that – combined with his good functional understanding of the modules – enable him, in close co-operation with client team members, to quickly diagnose and solve almost all implementation problems. His project management responsibilities included overall project resource co-ordination and client support. As lead AM functional consultant he worked extensively with client team members to analyze existing business processes; design and configure new existing processes into PeopleSoft; test and document the configuration; and, work through client acceptance. The project scope also included the rollout of the system to all VDAB offices in Flanders.
• PricewaterhouseCoopers: City of Antwerp (7/98 through 12/98)
Gregory was responsible for the study of the as-is situation with respect to AM. He also had a major contribution in drafting the to-be situation with respect to AM for the City of Antwerp.
• Cap Gemini: First European PeopleSoft Financials implementation, at Euroclear (JP Morgan) (9/97 through 3/98)
Gregory played a role both as a technical and functional consultant in the implementation of GL, AP, PO and AM (all v6 of PeopleSoft) for Euroclear. He worked extensively with client team members and sub-contractors to analyze existing business processes; design and configure new existing processes into PeopleSoft; test and document the configuration; and, work through client acceptance.
• Cap Gemini: PeopleSoft implementation at Citibank (6/97 through 9/97)
Gregory took part in the implementation of PeopleSoft’s v5 Human Resources module at the Belgian headquarters of Citibank. He mainly worked on the technical side of the project and thus picked up a thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft technology.
