Procurement (Source 2 Contract) - Business Analyst

Mission context :

As part of an ongoing transformation of Procurement domain of an airplane company, we are addressing various streams, like among others: Data, Processes, and Tools.

In order to formalize our Requirements and identify scenarios, we are seeking two expert consultants to support the first phase of our program, which will run until end of March 2026.

Mission objective :

Mission Description : IT Business Analyst

– Procurement Domain

We are seeking two experienced Business Analyst to support our procurement program. The primary mission is to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and formalize our functional requirements, with the objective of preparing for the launch of a Request For Information (RFI) at the end of the assignment. The Business Analysts will also play a key role during the RFI phase, supporting the process and analyzing bidders’ responses to help guide our selection process.

Key Responsibilities :

· Work with business teams to identify, collect, and document functional requirements for procurement processes and systems.

· Prepare and manage workshops with selected Vendors and airplane company stakeholders

· Identify scenarios

· Formalize requirements into clear and comprehensive documentation suitable.

· Assist the Stream as PMO

· Prepare all necessary materials to support a forthcoming RFI/P

Main deliverables expected :

· Prepare the final review of process capability, IT architecture and data, with an evaluation of commercially available solutions and this trough:

Profile :

· Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in procurement projects.

· Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders.
