Application Support Analyst

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst.
MISSION :
• To coordinate the technical experts and the various IT teams involved in the delivery of these systems: system engineers, DBAs, software experts
• Take into charge the ControlM jobs set up for BFM and the delivery of all M2E components in Pre-Production and Production environment
• Liaise with the support teams to prepare the set up of test environments
• Take into charge the BFM go live including technical documentation (Operation Guide)
• To ensure the first and second level support for these systems, once live
• To coordinate with SSC technical teams, which will include preparing and participating to the relevant meetings
• To report to M2E IT project manager which will require to prepare and participate to follow-up meeting

EXPERIENCE :
• At least 5 years in IT production and support of batch applications in UNIX/Windows environments
• Experience in support, in an international context
• Experience in working with Third Parties suppliers
• Experience at an asset manager or in market finance area is an advantage

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :
• Good knowledge on UNIX / Windows n Tiers architectures is required
• Good knowledge on CONTROL/M is required (at least 1 year experience)
• Good technical knowledge on SFTP File Transfer tool is required
• RDMS knowledge is required : SYBASE is an advantage
• Other areas of knowledge appreciated: .NET architecture and principles, ETL tools like GENIO, MQSI, MQ series.
• Fluent English is required
