Description de la mission
Nous recherchons un Administrateur Réseaux pour une mission freelance de 2,5 mois sur Bruxelles.
Mission:
- Follow & support the Field Operations team during the installation of the Fix products (ADSL & VoIP) at the customer premises.
- Investigate internally and find proactive solutions in case of problems with product activation & configuration.
- As we are in the launch phase: refine, challenge & document the working methods in order to improve quality and reduce support time.
- Share the expertise.
