Project Description :Price Chasing concept has been introduced in citi regional share financing system. Whenever there is a order rejected in the stock market, Citi will send a price monitoring request to aa-stocks hong kong (3rd party) and based on its trigger and quote details, Citi will send out the order request again to market, So customer does not have to place the orders again. Incase of Good Till Date (GTD orders). And the other important one is stop-loss-orders, here users can specify the range of the price in which they want to trade, it really helps the customer to minimize the financial loss.

Project Description :
Insure3 is the flag ship product developed using "best of breed" architectural principles exclusively for property and casualty insurers. It supports full life cycle processing for all personal, commercial and workers compensation needs enabling the consolidation of multiple back office solutions, and allows insurers to take advantage of a service oriented architecture that eases the integration of a great selection of complementary solutions including rating, document and form production and billing and regulatory reporting.
Using Insure3 Application, We can Rapidly enter new market segments and introduce new products, as a result of the extensive product and process configuration capabilities that are built into the platform; also it Offers web-based service initiatives to customers across any desired portion of the entire business life cycle (quote, new business, endorsements, renewals etc.);
Activities involved
• Document client's business requirements, and implement those requirements.

Project Description :
The Fixed Income Securities System called the "ORBIT-Online Retail Banking Information Technology” is a share record keeping system. Currently, the system facilitates the booking and recording of customer information & transactions for Bonds & ELN/ELC/FRN/VRN and servicing the same subsequently. The main function of ORBIT is to process the customer's order, store the account details, store transaction history, store parameters related to the investment and generate reports & inquiries. FIS has been implemented in more than 3 countries and this project involves in maintenance of this application for all the countries, enhancing the functionality as and when client requires and also migration of this application for a different client.

Project : Taiwan NTD MLN/Indonesia Bonds Enhancements

Project Description :
The initial implementation of the FIS system consists of the core functions like order placement, basic operational reports, queries and CBC reporting. Considering the increased volume of business, the system needs enhancements to reduce manual operations, improve controls and better management reporting.
Also system was enhanced to cater to NTD MLN (also called as Local MLN’s) a new product under Bonds. This is a new investment option provided to the investors. This product is considered as an alternative to Money Market investments. The return on investment is linked to the performance of the underlying instrument/option. The instruments may be equity, basket of equity, index or indices, foreign exchange, commodity price, interest rate etc. After development of Taiwan version, the same need to be rolled out to Indonesia business with their changes (Customization w.r.to compliance/Regulatory changes).

Project : Citibank Mutual Funds-MAS Cancellation.

Singapore Business is willing to be flexible for the customer so that if the customers are not satisfied they can reverse their transactions in a particular period. So there are some changes/enhancement in the existing system.
The Objective of the system was to allow cancellation of a subscription transaction in Orbit, which status could be either contracted or uncontracted. The requirement is to have a new transaction type for the cancellation in Orbit, which follows the same process flow of normal subscription, redemption and switch transactions.
This system has been developed for Citibank N.A., Singapore using CoolGen 6.0 for online functions and using COBOL and DB2 for Batch functions. (Downloads, reports and data processing).

Production Support - CITIBANK MUTUAL FUNDS & FIXED INCOME SECURITIES
Citibank, one of the leading multinational banks having a wide distribution network across the world. extend services addition to normal banking are Credit Cards, Retail Finance, Corporate Finance, Bill discounting, Lending against shares, Forex, Investor service for Mutual Funds and Long term Fixed income bearing bonds.
The Mutual fund system caters to the needs of both front office customer service and Back end processing for the entire mutual fund life cycle. This system does not include fund management. The system deals with buy, Sell, Transfer, and Pledge of mutual fund units by the customer. It also provides other facilities like Dividend declaration, Savings Plan, Switch, and Split options.
The system contains a number of user-friendly queries keeping in mind the superior service levels required in banking industry. It also contains operational reports, control reports, MIS reports and customer communications. The system interfaces with various other systems like FX exchange rate, Global customer system, Financial accounting system, and customer banking system and Credit Card system.
The system is developed on IEF and being maintained on composer, Coolgen 4.1a & 6.0. The database is maintained in DB2. The application is on PC client and the server being Mainframe. The system has been implemented in 15 countries and furthermore rollouts are planned. The system is built on a flexible design to support customization on various requirements specific to different countries.
A description of the major functions are Customer Introduction, Order Management, Auto redemption module, Back-end Processing, Corporate Actions Follow-up/ Corporate Benefits Tracking, Dividends Module, Split Module, Query Module, Customer Communication and Reports. . This current version is being implemented for Citibank Indonesia and Citibank Singapore.
The “Fixed Income Securities” system is a shareholder record keeping system for bonds. This system facilitates maintaining various bonds with different currencies, interest payment methods etc. It provides for subscriptions, redemption, coupon processing & maturity payments supported by online queries and reports.
This system has been developed using Coolgen 4.1a for online functions and using COBOL and DB2 for Batch functions. (Downloads, reports and data processing).

As a developer, I involved in Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Review in the various modules.
The technical environment included:
Cool: Gen, COBOL, DB2, VSAM CICS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, MVS and VSE and tools like Report Composer for designing reports, Changeman (for configuration management) on IBM PCs an IBM 3090 and an ES/9000.

Poland Business is willing to float Local Funds with different business logic. Though the existing system has the flexibility to handle both Local and Foreign Funds, Poland wants the new funds to be handled in a different manner.
Poland Business process is based on maintaining individual account with the Fund Manager for every customer. The existing system has an Omnibus account maintained with the Fund Manager and Citibank Maintains the individual customer records and holdings. The Fund Manager confirms each transaction and also confirms the holdings.

Project : Citibank Mutual Funds-MANTRA

MANTRA (Marketing Analysis and Tracking System) is a database system, which helps to better understand the effectiveness and efficiency of Citibank’s Marketing Programs. Mantra will be used by Marketing and Fincon to estimate, starting at the marketing program level, the revenues and EBIT that will be generated by a given type of Marketing expenditure. Furthermore MANTRA can be used as a tool to create comprehensive marketing and business plans in order to establish increasing returns from Citibank’s investments.
 Development of the initial version of the system, which was implemented for Citibank Indonesia.
