I'm managing the BSCS onsite support for MT/AO in Rabat, Morocco, to ensure continued high Customer satisfaction with the LHS Onsite Support Services and meet SLAs.

Missions :
- Primary contact for the customer/integrator, and representing LHS Onsite Support Services in Morocco.
- Management of the Onsite Support Team.
- Organize Production Troubleshooting: analysis, defect detection, prioritization, workaround and reporting.
- Coordinate with LHS back-office teams in Frankfurt.
- Specifications review: Audit and Validation of AO specifications in order to ensure all BSCS configuration and interfaces development are valid and respect LHS recommendations and best practices.
- Assist the customer in his choices and assess weak points and risks.
- Automate rating, Billing and non regression testing.
- Provide BSCS V7/iX R2 trainings and support for AO and MT teams.

Title : Integration and Migration Project Manager at BULL Maroc
Project : Billing System implementation for Sonatel and Orange Mali (Based on Senegal)
We build the new billing system for Sonatel and Orange Mali. I was responsible of the integration and migration teams, based on Dakar. Our solution was based on Highdeal r3.5 for Billing, KPSA r2.6 for Provisioning. CRM system was delivered by Intracom using Oracle CRM.
Period : From July 2008 to October 2010 (1 year & 3 months)
Missions :
- Technical architect and responsible of production environments for both operators (filesystems sizing, Installations, oracle installation and tuning, hardware specifications...).
- UAT responsible and coordinator.
- BULL Unit and global Validation responsible (>1600 tests).
- Planning and Management of deliveries (Billing, KPSA, Migration and middleware).
- Automating of Installations and non regression testing, and development of an Oracle CRM simulation tool.
- Migration Specifications and Development manager.
- Migration Technical assistance for customer team (mainly regarding mapping rules between EPPIX and Highdeal)
- Plan, Perform , monitor and analyse migration validation Double Runs (compare withold billing system)

We build the CRM (PeopleSOft 8.9), Billing (Highdeal r3.3) and Provisioning (Comptel) solution for the start-up of WANA in Morocco (3rd Global Telecom Operator in Morocco).

We build the CRM and Billing (Proprietary System) solution for the start-up of the NGN services of Meditelecom (2nd global Telecom Operator in Morocco).
