I performed the Project Manager role and responsibilities for Global label management projects/Implementation within
Solvay GBUs in Europe, Asia and Americas.
Main responsibilities :
• Responsible for PMO activities such as issue and risk management, project change management, scope
management, project governance, status reporting, business change management and communication
• Coordinate with SI for project initiation activities by providing input and performing a final review on
deliverables such as: resource allocation, project governance, project charter, kick off workshop, project plan
and schedule
• Prepare and lead project meetings, workshops and testing / training sessions. Prepare and distribute meeting

• Provide input, final review and signoff of all project deliverables such as blueprint design document, functional

2009-2012 Shell Group EHS/GLM deployment Manager and Global E&HS SME Shell France/Group,
Member of the Central team based in London, focusing specifically on the implementation of two streams within PLM
(Product Lifecycle Management): EH&S (Environment, Health and Safety) and GLM Global Label Management,
processes and functionalities As part of SAP Global roll-out, I had to ensure delivery of implementation activities and
business readiness for go-live.
Main responsibilities :
• Build global implementation tool-kits based on agreed policies, processes, business models and systems and
update them regularly to mirror different changes, learnings and feedbacks.
• Engage with global and local stakeholders to ensure understanding of scope and tasks and on how to drive
and communicate progress.
• Conduct the As-Is and impact analysis of target process/SAP on current local business processes, inventories
and establish gaps to meet local legal/HSSE requirements/fiscal change requirements.

Main responsibilities :
• Implement the HSSE Management System and Group Standards with particular attention to development of
contract and contractors coaching process.
• Prepare and monitor implementation of the annual and long term HSSE Plans for the B&B businesses
including Implementation of Group Standards, training & audit programs.
• Monitor the HSSE Hazards Registers to keep them alive and make sure the Remedial Action Plan is actioned.

Managing multiple Morocco downstream engineering Projects in terms of cost, time and HSSE objectives and in line
with project processes. The projects were related to business growth as Depots and storage construction and/or
extension, pipelines and fire-fighting systems set up and also asset integrity and maintenance of existing installations.
