Manual Testing and Use Cases
Sometimes you just can’t beat the human brain! Your job is to design and document use and test cases both for manual as well as automated testing. You will be working with the developers to test beside them before changes are done and to review all new functionality and fixes.
Automated Testing
We use a state of the art automated testing tool that allows for the development of nightly and weekly automated test cycles. Your job is to design and develop the scripts and record the UI macros to automate the testing as much as possible.

Responsibilities
You have specific responsibilities and objectives that include the following:
Document all use cases and test cases
Perform regular manual tests based on test cases
Pair programming/testing – assist developers to test different use cases
Design and develop automated scripts to test common functionality
Monitor faulty tests, identify causes and review with development team
Work with Customer and Sales Support team to train on new features and/or fixes
Work with Customer and Sales Support team to ensure that documentation is up to date
