As one of the cornerstones of Supply Chain, Supply Planning Chemistry & Supplier objective is to ensure that our patients will get on time the product they need through a worldwide efficient and frugal supply planning.
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the team by:
· Describing and improving the processes and the KPIs.
· Following the internal projects of the team.
Process improvement :
· Map and document current processes of the team.
· Identify improvement opportunities for both planning tools and processes and propose actionable recommendations.
· Develop Excel or Power BI tools for the team.
· Maintain updated process documentation, procedures, and standards.
Project management :
· Ensure project follow-up (process improvement, launch of new material
· flows…) with the team in collaboration with stakeholders of other services.
Performance :
· Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure process outcomes.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
· Support to the Team’s Master Planners
Supply planning :
· Drive the global supply planning process in the system in collaboration with Suppliers, internal plants, and central Supply Chain.
· Translate Master Supply Forecast into Supplier specific production forecasts. Obtain approval for supplier forecasts and distribute to appropriate internal and external working teams.
· Develop / Drive scenario analyses and contingency planning to optimize business continuity and risk mitigation goals while appropriately balancing inventory and COGS.
· Support Global S&OP supply process.
· Crisis management in case of supply shortage (coordination and arbitration).
· Coordinate and animate the suppliers (external and internal) in close collaboration with Purchase team or other entities.
