Nous recherchons un Spécialiste Méthodes pour une mission freelance de 6 mois renouvelables sur Bruxelles.
Description du poste :
- The candidate will have to operate within the Methods team, whose main mission and tasks
are the following:
1) Define, collect, evaluate and improve standards and processes for software development, keeping in mind the consistency of methodology with the other sites of group (Paris, London, Bxl) :
- Maintain, evaluate and improve the existing software development standards and processes.
-Design or collect new standards and processes.
-Describe roles, responsibilities, tasks, techniques, deliverables, phases (with defined entrance and exit criteria, milestones, and work products).
-Design deliverables, providing templates and guidelines for them.
-Publish standards and guidelines.
-Manage the Methods documentation.
2) Guide and support project team members in the application of the methodology to their
projects:
-Manage all inquiries regarding method evolutions and modelling tool adaptations.
-Give methodology training to IT people and newcomers.
His/her main task will be to deploy the methodology aspects related to testing
Required skills:
Methodology skills
-lSoftware development lifecycle(s), with focus on testing aspects
-Modelling techniques (traditional; OO or Component Based are optional)
-Project management techniques
- Knowledge of CMMI model
Tool skills
-Testing tools, ideally Quality Center (Test Director)
-use of MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Personal skills
1) analytical (strong sense of structure) & process oriented approach
2) Very good oral and written communication, in particular speaking in front of an audience
(training and presentations)
3) Coaching / influencing
4) Identifying opportunities for improvement & generating improvement ideas (Creative
problem solving)
Essential experience required:
- Practical experience (minimum 5 years) in both participation in application development
projects (testing), and support projects from a methodology point of view (mainly testing
aspects)
- A background as tester is mandatory.
- Language skills required : English
