About the role :

Our client, a major player in the energy engineering sector, is looking for a PPM Solution Stream Lead to own the Project Portfolio Management (PPM/PA) domain within their Oracle Fusion/EBS ERP landscape. You'll be the functional expert bridging business needs and IT delivery — ensuring the ERP evolves in line with company priorities, while working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders across a global, multi-entity footprint.

Key responsibilities :

• Own solution design and documentation for the PPM functional domain
• Translate business requirements into system changes guide functional configuration
• Coordinate and prioritize enhancements with Product Owners and Scrum teams
• Track new Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and identify value-add opportunities
• Support testing, training, and new entity rollouts
• Ensure compliance with change control and documentation standards

What we're looking for :

• Hands-on experience in Oracle PPM (Fusion and/or EBS)
• Strong analytical and business process skills
• Client-facing / stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication — comfortable across all levels of the business
• Self-driven, resilient, comfortable challenging the status quo
• Min. 2 years' business support experience in a multi-site ERP environment

Nice to have: OTL, Absence Management, GL, AR, APEX, Power BI, basic SQL, Oracle certifications
