Nous recherchons un Consultant SMC Monitoring pour une mission freelance de 3 mois renouvelables sur Bruxelles.

DESCRIPTION :
- Experience:
No specific experience required. (IT/ ICT / Supervision experience is a plus).
Customer service management experience is an asset.

- Knowledge: Graduate in informatics or Telecommunication.
General technical knowledge in Mobile telephony, Core IT/Telco & Services is an asset.

- Skills:
Analysis, fault finding, reporting, able to apply rigorously the appropriate methods for the resolution of incidents (process minded), communication

- Attitudes:
Stress resistant, pragmatic, problem solving oriented, open minded, team spirit.

- Languages:
Fluent knowledge of Dutch or French with knowledge of written English.

Mission, tasks to execute

The consultant in the supervision environment of the operator will in the scope of his mission:

- Perform troubleshooting on service level.
- Coordinate and execute third party (supplier & contractor) operations on site or indirect via workorders. He/she will execute operations with respect for the Customer Service Level Agreement.
- Update methods, processes, roadmaps and perform statistics on incidents.
- Occasionally adapt/ develop scripts and tools to support and automate execution, reporting and follow-up of daily operations.
- Ensure that tools and methods stay at required performance level through the suggestion for improvements.
- Ensure the service in a 9 weeks shift cycle 24/7.
