Nous recherchons un Consultant Marketing Telecom pour une mission freelance de 3 mois renouvelables sur Bruxelles.

Experience/ Experience in a handset-subsidized market in several or all of the following

Knowledge domains:
- Customer base marketing
- 121 proactive (outbound) retention & loyalty campaigning
- 121 reactive (inbound) retention
- CRM tools
- customer value management
- subscriber retention cost management (SRC management)
- customer base marketing policies and business rules (tariff changes, loyalty contract management, loyalty contract penalties, pre > post and post > pre migrations,…)
- retention and contract extension in controlled versus uncontrolled sales channels

Skills: Project management, analytical and conceptual thinking, presentation skills

Attitudes: High autonomy, pragmatic/hands-on, communicative

Languages: English, (French and/or Dutch)
