Nous recherchons un Business Process Owner LE/WM pour une mission en portage salarial en IDF.

Pour un de nos clients dans le secteur de la chimie, nous recherchons un BPO – SAP LE WM

• Démarrage ASAP

• Mission longue

• Présence sur site Ouest Région Parisienne obligatoire 3jours/ semaine

• Remote 2 jours maximum – qlq déplacements à prévoir en Allemagne

• Anglais obligatoire

• 7ans ou plus d’XP

• TJ 850€ max

Contexte :

Il s’agit essentiellement d’assurer un support fonctionnel, concernant le domaine logistique, sur un projet d’implémentation de core model supply chain au sein de plusieurs entités en Europe

On est sur un core model bâti autour de l’ERP SAP ECC, et le besoin concerne donc ici le domaine LE/WM (il s’agit bien d’expertise « métier », pas IT, mais une bonne connaissance de SAP/LE est souhaitée et il faudrait au moins un peu de connaissance WM)

La personne devra être immédiatement opérationnelle

Missions :

Support the design and the consolidation of the Logistic processes & EMEA deployments

• Support the Global BPO for the design of the Bostik SAP Supply Chain LE/WM/MM core model

• Promote the Bostik Supply Chain LE/ WM/MM core model throughout the organization

• Analyse the recurrent problems raised involving Supply Chain LE WM/MM domain, tackle the root causes and prepare when necessary the documentation for validation in Arbitration Committee

• Lead the training material and organization, and the user’s documentation improvement

• Animate the network of Key Users, display continuous improvement and best practices, in close contact with the global BPO of the domain

• Manage UAT and testing activites for Supply Chain LE/ WM/MM domain

• Ensure Adoption of Supply Chain core mode through effective change management strategies

• Execute assessment and deployment activities as Supply Chain LE WM/MM BPO in all phases of EMEA core model deployments

• Travel requirement/expectation 25% average

Drive the maturity and the performance enhancements for their domain :

• Manage for their domain the maturity assesments sessions, drive then validate with the plants the improvement action plans associated

• Monitor regularly with the Key Users and managers the progress of the improvement actions

• Keep aware of benchmarking feedbacks, possible disrupting tools or technologies, impacts of the digital initiative

Support growth

• Bringing the Supply Chain LE/ WM/MM expertise in the different projects impacting their area’s activities
