Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Service Delivery Manager Network / Telecom sur la défense.
De formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire sur ce type de poste (entre 4 à 10 ans).
The Network Service Delivery Manager ensures :
• KPI and SLA's are in line with the contracts engagement and remains adequate with expectations.
• Services delivered are aligned with the agreed architectural design
• Ensure incidents follow-up when they occurs (in coordination with Regional Incident Mgr) to have the appropriate response from the suppliers
Main Areas of responsibility :
Contract management / follow-up :
• Review existing agreements associated with the service delivery provider and publish
• Share and summarize mains SLAs and KPI of our main suppliers and services in an simple manner
• Organize and support the financial reporting from the provider and the budget process with the different custumer areas
• Manage providers delivery performance by setting up standardized and published SLAs and KPIs regularly followed-up
• Ensure that the services of the scope are delivered according to service levels and quality standards
• Ensure that Incident process is fully in place and followed
• Oversee the communication and ensure that Performance is fully shared among users community
Operations & Support
• Support the Regional OPS manager on a regular basis to follow up closely the ongoing incident / changes
Continuous Improvement
• Telco run follow-up (bandwidth, etc.)
• Ensure a Nomios / Orange Run Follow-up for the services contracted (ZScaler / SDWAN)
