Nous recherchons un Service Delevery Manager pour une mission de 3 mois renouvelables (esprit longue durée) sur RUNGIS / LA DEFENSE.

Mission :
As a Service Delivery Manager for one of our strategic Client, you ensure the best customer experience possible. You are accountable for the contract execution, profitability, resources usage, SLA compliance and leadership over the service team delivering to the customer.

Delivery and Client Success
- Communicate, adapt and transform models and organization to match or exceed customer expectations and develop the business.
- Continuously feed your curiosity and creativity around the new and disruptive products which could emerge and be relevant on the contract perimeter.
- Develop or update delivery plans covering objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing

Client Promise Management
- Accountable for the contract’s P&L
- Prepare delivery status reports, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Monitor contract milestones and deliverables against SLAs

- Manage execution to ensure adherence to KPIs, budget, schedule, and scope
- Set ambitions, assign roles and responsibilities, animate the community.

What you have, what you are:
- College graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- At least two years of experience in a Service Delivery role for an Infrastructure Service Provider
- Strong communication skills (in French and English)
- Agile delivery experience is a plus
- Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic - must have excellent emotional intelligence
- Innovative
- Passionate about getting others involved and having fun along the way
