  ● Managing entire portfolio to accelerate IT Transformation of On-Premise Data Warehouses & adopting GCP (BigQuery) Solutions. (Budget 1.7M€)
  ● Construction and management of roadmaps for decommissioning projects, preparation of transversal steering committee
  ● Provide architecture-level decommissioning strategies and monitor the execution of this strategy (Hybrid Mode then full scale on BigQuery)
  ● Monitor the progress of all projects and programs, including progress, timelines, risks, issues, and technology expenditures against the budget plan
  ● Capture the needs of the business, carry out scoping studies, carry out impact studies, prepare solutions selection files
