Nous recherchons un chef de projet 0365
Mission
Be the Program Point of contact in front of the business for all Program activities
Communicate the Program services to business in coordination with the Change and communication team and help onboard them
Coordination between the business and the technical teams to perform and support the deployment activities including eligibility of users, remediation actions, migration list preparation
Planning the deployment waves in coordination with the business and technical teams to attain roadmap objectives
Follow up on the post-migration activities and issues if any
Ensures successful deployment, particularly through scheduling and monitoring of the planned activities
Identify jobs at risk of missing deadlines and mitigate/escalate as appropriate
Organize regular meetings with the different stakeholders to follow deployment progress
Monitor and report on the different activities and achievements
Project management skills and experience in similar deployment activities
Workplace transformation and O365 experience (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams/Skype for business)
Project and Service Management standards (Agile, Scrum, ITIL, COBIT…)
Technnical background as plus (Development, Netword/Sys Admin)
Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, Google suite)
