Nous recherchons un Managed Print Services Manager pour une mission freelance de 6 mois sur Paris
Key responsibilities:
-Provide support in the RFP process
-Ensure the due diligence is done smoothly between countries and suppliers
-Conduct contract implementation (savings delivery, services provided, SLA…)
-Provide support on other purchasing initiatives if necessary
Detailed mission statement during the RFP process:
-Assist current team on RFP management
-Consolidate local existing data
-Analyze offers
-Establish short list
-Organize hardware tests
-Organize due diligence
-Interface with local contacts
-Manage communications
-Prepare new printing policy
-Manage local contact
-Assist countries in all possible ways
-Supervise contract deployment
Detailed mission statement during the due diligence process:
-Interface with short listed competitors
-Interface with local contacts
-Organize audit (site access, resource availability…)
-Assist countries in sites selection
-Manage local contact
-Request necessary information
-Provide necessary information
-Assist short listed competitors during audit
-Assist legal department in contract analysis (transfer, data disclosure…)
The candidate, with strong educational background (Bac +5) and 3 to 7 years of experience, shall have the following capacities :
Technical competences (secondary)
-Capacity to prepare, assist and participate to the due diligence
oLegal knowledge, in order to handle contracts novation (identify, gather…)
oFinancial understanding, in order to work in coordination with financial controllers.
-Fluent English is mandatory
-Good writing skills
-Knowledge of the copiers/printers market
-Knowledge of the key specifications of printing hardware
-Capacity to prepare, assist and participate to the due diligence
