End date of the mission : Thursday, August 31, 2023
Part time : 0,5 FTE The aim of this mission is to assist the Head of the Collaboration Services department

Description :
- Program / project management,
- Service management & reporting; A successful applicant will have at least 15 years of experience in IT program and service management with a successful track record in large multinational organizations.
Prior experience on SAP is a plus.

1 - Oversee program / project management:
- Assist with the review and optimization of the services portfolio program ; the design and the steering of the MS-Office 2013 removal is the primary responsibility;
- Structure and deploy the service description definition program;
- Assist the department staff on project management;
- Report on project status and chair committees;

2 - Oversee service management & reporting
- Track service performance; - Assist with the definition of the new service organization;
- Assist with the run for SAP / DMS integration such as OpenText xECM

3 - Soft skills
