Nous recherchons un CP/PMO SALESFORCE pour une mission de 6 mois renouvelables en télétravail et avec un site de rattachement à Chessy (77); contexte international :
Description of the Mission: PMO Salesforce CRM for B2B project - Study, design, build and delivery phases of the project
Mission Duration: The duration of the mission will be 6 months
Task description :
• Study scoping coordination (scope, solutioning, planning, risks, governance)
• Study, project delivery coordination (scope, solutioning, planning, risks, governance)
• Manage the project governance for all phases listed in the description (from operational committees to steering committees)
• Preparation of meetings & writing minutes of meeting
• Lead the daily or weekly meeting with each stream involved in the project
• Follow up & communication on the study and project status & progress: Information, problems, arbitration points at project & Exec levels
• Maintain the project dashboards
• Prioritization of problems and providing mitigation based on impact analysis & trade-offs
• Management and monitoring of planning, budget & risks and associated hedging actions
• Monitoring & follow-up of actions
• Coordination of the supplier partners involved
• Coordination with Internal Partners involved
Deliverables:
• Study Documentation
• Project Governance & arbitration meetings decks & Minutes (operational & steering committee meeting )
• Project Planning
• Project Dashboards
• Project Risks
• Project Actions
Profile :
• 5 to 10 years’ experience as PMO
• Experience in application development life cycle, with a minimum of 2 end-to-end project implementations as PMO
• Experience in Salesforce CRM implementation projects (with preference an implementation of a B2B project)
• Experience in team coordination (planning and monitoring of activities and deliverables, progress, reporting status, action item management, etc.)
• Experience in initiating and managing relationship with vendors and partners
Other Skills:
• Effective Communication, crisp / precise / action driven
• Effective organisation
• Team player
• Problem solving mindset
• Fluent English (C1 level)
Tech Skills :
• Salesforce components : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
• Office 365 tools
