Description de la mission
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un PMO/Release Manager.
The consultant will work within the Jeevan IT team based in la Défense.
Jeevan is the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) program name based on IFS (Industrial Financial System), version 7.5 SP5.
Jeevan is used by more than 7800 users within EMIA region (Europe, Middle-Est, India and Africa) for booking their Timesheets, raising Purchase orders, doing accounting transactions
Main interactions :
The PMO /Release Manager cooperates and interacts with various teams:
• Jeevan core team located in Paris (Solution Stream Leads for Finance, Order to Cash, HR, Time and Travel, Procurement and Project Control…, IT consultants)
• Level 1 support teams (France, Italy, India, Middle-Est, Benelux),
• Level 2 and 3 support and development teams (Capgemini France and Capgemini India),
• Managers and IT teams of other IT applications (Diapason, Sage, Biztalk, Datawarehouse, SSIS, PowerBI, …)
Missions and responsibilities :
• Follow up on detailed plannings for Change Requests & problems (design, development, deliveries) in coordination with Capgemini teams and Solution Stream Leads
• Coordinate and manage with external support teams : releases content and dates, priorities, development team workload and assignments
• Ensure that global processes are adopted and followed by all + meet business/operational requirements
• Support Jeevan Program Manager in his activity. Organize follow up meetings (occasional or periodic) with Core Team as well as other business & IT stakeholders
• Manage projects in PSO tool (Project Server on Line), update data in a timely manner, initiate project templates and necessary documentation to be provided to PSO team. Make sure KPIs and status reports on PSO projects reflects real progress.
• Alert Program Manager on any risks identified


Profile
• Should have an experience in PMO and /or Release Management
• Interested by incident, problem, change management processes
• Rigorous and autonomous
• Abilities to listen and interact with IT and business populations all over the world
• Skills to present and promote his view points, to convince others
• Good written and oral communication skills, team player, meeting facilitation and leading skills, presentation aptitudes
• English proficiency
