The Network & Telecom Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of its team in creating, securing, and operating xxxxxxx corporate and worldwide Network and Telecom landscape.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader and experienced team builder with a proven ability to build and coach technical groups.
He will provide oversight and accountability, mentorship and growth opportunities, and focus on creating high performing teams to meet the current and future needs

â–ª The role requires experience managing parallel projects, creating KPIs, and developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure value and success in all stages of engineering—from design to delivery to operation. An in-depth technical aptitude in all areas network and telecommunications is required to be successful in this role.

â–ª Services are the following : LAN, WAN, Telephony : fixed and mobile

Responsability :

Oversees all network engineering and telecommunications group activities
â–ª Leads strategic planning, influencing, and prioritization of initiatives
â–ª Develop, maintains, and communicates the Network and Telecom roadmap
â–ª Defines global processes, policies, and standards
â–ª Proactively seeks continuous improvement opportunities in process and performance
â–ª Build high-performing teams through the development of individual team members and by recruiting, hiring, managing, and mentoring engineers
â–ª Ensures successful delivery of projects on time and budget
â–ª Build and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders to establish improvement plans and ensure teams are aligned to the needs of the business
â–ª Enhance escalation procedures and workflows for the timely resolution of all issues within areas of responsibility
â–ª Direct the research of technology solutions in support of new initiatives
â–ª Manage operational budget for network/telecom expenses
