Description de la mission
Nous recherchons un HR Tranformation PMO pour une mission longue en 3 mois renouvelables à pourvoir sur Paris, dispositif remote possible et négociable.
Design and facilitation of effective process analysis
Knowledge of managing people related processes on Enterprise grade applications (ERP, HCM)
Stakeholder engagement and management up to Senior Management level
Ability to matrix manage, including IS, HR and the wider business community
Setting up projects governance
Knowledge of SaaS / Cloud applications
Good knowledge of HR core processes
Responsible for overall PMO including project management of all Workday and non-Workday components
Developing and delivering the process alignment and delivery plan for the Programs in line with the HR Services model, ensuring that all the critical activities, dependencies, controls, technology interfaces etc. are identified
Support the Project Director to ensure the project is planned, resourced and safely delivered in line with strategic objectives, milestones and cost and benefits realization.
Support the controls and documentation are in place in order to achieve deliverables in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
Create the rituals and reports to communicate project status, risks & issues and progress to the relevant sponsor, steering group, portfolio board and/o committee.
Ensure processes are clearly documented for the new operating environment
Working closely with other members of the team to ensure coordination of activities
