Description de la mission
Lead and hold cross-functional team members accountable of project deliverables and timeline

• Act as a liaison between project assigned resources, sponsors, and stakeholders and drive the rollout issues, escalation and apps remediation activities.

• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team as appropriate and facilitate the issues resolution

• Serve the team by removing impediments and advocating for resources needed for the team's success.

• Facilitate short-term, mid-term and long-term feature planning along with estimating and developing the requirements

• Acquire a solid understanding of the IT workplace tools and technology and applications

• Capability to analyze, diagnose, and resolving OS, software and apps configuration issues in virtual environments

• Effectively collaborating the problem resolution with vendor engineers and system integrators to support complex system deployment projects

• A deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, OS and Apps virtualization, basic networking, Configuring email on mobile smart devices, Microsoft desktop software, and web technologies

• Proactively assisting the business users escalation and internal teams to avoid or reduce problem occurrence

• Should be able to facilitate and drive day to day escalation/issues are related to citrix / virtual platform performance issue, apps installation on citrix vdi, initial troubleshooting

• Should have experience with the Thin Clients and VMware knowledge

• Basic understanding of the Office 365 components and services

• Good Knowledge about Configure the EMS Mobile App, Install Certificate and Provisioning Profile.

• Communicate technical topics in written format and/or deliver to the users

• Experience with End user computing and Hardwar transformation

• Detailed oriented with focus on client Value

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to display patience when dealing with difficult clients and other stressful situations

• Ability to handle the escalations and attention to detail and accuracy

• Advanced understanding of installation practices for hardware and software.

• Good understanding of Networking, Microsoft Operating Systems, Active directory and Client equipment troubleshooting.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft AD, ADFS, DNS, SSL Certificate, and Virtualization

• Understanding of the virtual computing environment
