Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Coordinateur HRIS - ERP sur la défense. As part of “HCM Core HR” Program launched early 2018, our customer is configuring and integrating Oracle HCM SAAS Core HR solution with the different ERPs & HRIS systems used in the Group. The “HRIS & ERP Global integration coordinator” drives actions by all the technical teams (architects, developers onshore and offshore, security and infrastructure groups, testers, operations) to design, schedule and secure integration deliveries associated to the Program. - Support to high level architecture assessment, working with various field experts and selecting the most efficient and straight forward technological option - Detailed design around target solution, driving specification phase with Business analysts - Technical activities sequence and scheduling avoiding technical conflict and reducing dependencies between actions - Overview and technical validation on integration deliveries - Close, “hands on”, progress follow-up through very frequent reviews and proactive communication to all delivery groups - Reporting including management escalation on issues - Technical deviation management: alternative approaches, mitigation actions, contingency suggestions - Release management and Operations preparation with Run teams Must have: o 7 years of professional experience in IT organizations including 5+ years of experience on ERP, ETL integrations and Data Management o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interfaces & deal with IT resources in international context o Solid oral and written communication skills in English o Strong technical background on Data Integration technologies (Oracle Database systems, BizTalk, SSIS) o Strong technical background with HR ERPs (Oracle, SAP) and procedural extension technologies (SAP PI, Oracle PL/SQL, Web Services) o Experience with HR Applications portfolio management and deliveries o IT project management skills & experience involving global teams and various technologies o Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues o Proven analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills o Team player and process-oriented spirit Nice to have: o IT Infrastructure project experience o Experience on HR Applications portfolio management o Identity Management implementations experience (Microsoft Identity Management, Active Directory, Ping Federate Single Sign On) o Knowledge on Master Data Management approach and technology (Orchestra Networks) o Technology enthusiasm, quick learner o AGILE Project experience o ITIL v3 processes certification or seasoned experience
