Description de la mission
Nous recherchons un Consultant SAP/CRM ITS.
Mission :
Under the direction and supervision of the Chief, Operations and Technology Section, the incumbent will provide SAP Basis technical support relating to multiple SAP Solutions environments (R/3, CRM, ITS) running under Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 operating systems, Windows clustered environment and Microsoft SQL Server databases. He/She will install software, make preparations for software upgrades; provide “stand-by” services on a rotation basis during weekends, holidays and outside of normal working hours; and perform other duties as required.
Education
and Skills
University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field. Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP CRM, ITS, CRM Middleware running on Windows 2000/2003 Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 relational database. Knowledge of MS SQL Server Disaster Recovery methodologies. Technical consultant-certification in CRM is an asset. Strong communication and organisation skills are required. Ability to work well with customers is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to work in a team of technical staff and ability to work with teams across geographic boundaries are required. Knowledge of Tivoli Backup System (TSM) and development skills in ABAP are a plus.
Experience
Five years or more of experience with SAP/CRM architecture, configuration and implementation. Five years or more of experience with MS SQL Server Relational Databases.
Languages
Excellent knowledge of English and a working knowledge of French or Spanish are required.
