Nous recherchons un Consultant Qualité Assurances pour une mission freelance de 6 mois renouvelables sur Bruxelles.
PROFILE :
Experience: 10 years minimum in PM or quality assurance
Attitudes: team spirit, open minded, pragmatic
Languages: French (mandatory) , Dutch (mandatory)
Mission, tasks to execute : The Business Domain Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the quality assurance activities coordination
in the projects and/or applications within the Business Domain.
Responsible of the Quality assurance activities co-ordination of certain
projects/applications :
- Helps the project/application manager in developing the quality assurance plan,
process tailoring aspects and identifying activities to be done, when, by whom
- Reviews plans from the projects/applications (Project plan, configuration plan, …),
she/ he is one of the reviewers
- Advises and motivate project/application team members on applying processes
for managing the project/application and assuring that quality products are built
- Reviews processes in use by the project/application against applicable plans and
standards, providing advice on how to deal with issues related to these processes
- Makes sure that planned work product reviews happen, moderate them when
appropriate
- Receives, distributes and implements approved actions from the Quality
Assurance channel (Business Domain QA Manager / Dpt Information Officer QA Manager)
- Escalates unresolved issues related to Quality Assurance and all other processes
to the Quality Assurance channel
- Performs independent Quality Assurance audits in other projects/applications
- Reports the status of Quality Assurance activities to application/project manager
and Quality Assurance channel
- Pro-actively participates in continuous improvement (suggest and follow-ups
improvements to processes in case of weakness)
- Facilitates and advocates process used in the project/application team
- Represents quality assurance team during milestone reviews, gives objective
input for decision
- Participates in team meetings and steering committees
- Maintains collaboration with the Business
Quality Assurance Manager or
Business Quality Assurance co-coordinators when relevant.
Quality Assurance Manager for the Business Domain: Responsible of the Quality
assurance activities co-ordination in the Business Domain
- Plans and follows-up local Business Domain QA team
- Independently approves project's & applications’ Quality Assurance plans
- Supports QA Co-coordinators and relays escalated issues when needed
- Consolidates Quality Assurance-related information for the Business Domain
- Reports status to the Dept Information Officer Quality Assurance Manager
- Participates to Business Domain staff meetings
- Gives coaching and help to QA coordinators
Executes QA activities on Business Domain and DIO level
