Description de la mission
Nous recherchons un Consultant MS PROJECT ayant de bonnes connaissances sur SAP et parlant couramment anglais pour une mission freelance de 7 mois renouvelables en Picardie (02 - Aisne)
Mission:
The finance processes are concerned by all the Group and local projects.
Based on SAP FI, CO, MM and SD, the main challenges will be to move from a local approach to a Group one.
Concerning the HR processes mainly has local applications for expense management, personnel management, payroll, Intranet communication and Web Learning Management System for dealers (based on a Spanish development in collaboration with the University of Catalogna). A study of SAP HR will have to be done by the end of 2008.
Identified tasks
Analysis of the Business needs
Coordination and/or redaction of the Book of requirements to choose between a local approach or a Group oriented one.
Some subcontractors could participate on this phase according to the workload
Elaboration of Business Cases with the other team project members
Management of the budgets
Animation of Steering Committees
Management of subcontractors and projects
Management of change management and organisation of training
Relation with the mother companies for mutualisation of applications and processes
Conditions of realisation of this mission ==>
Good knowledge in English in his professional technical business
Knowledge of MS Project
The consultant do not necessary need to have a perfect knowledge of SAP FI CO MM and SD, but he/she needs to understand the SAP environment.
Autonomy in the decision process is required
Experience in international projects
