Description de la mission
Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet MOA Finance pour une mission freelance de 4 mois renouvelable sur Paris.
Un bon niveau d'anglais est indispensable pour cette mission.
Des connaissances AS/400, bien que non indispensables, sont des plus appréciés.
Main objective / Context:
The Project Manager will:
- Manage requests and expectations from the business, preparing the Steering Committees and leading communication;
- Defining the functional requirements for new developments;
- Validate solutions proposed by Development team;
- Lead Customer Acceptance testing & benefits tracking.
This mission is a typical Program Management mission.
This mission includes very close relationship with contacts from the Business (Operations & Finance), and from IT Development (Team in Brussels).
Main responsibilities & duties
Manage the project
Objective: Warrant all commitments to customers will be kept
Key factors:
Propose priority arbitration to customer;
Periodically communicate, in a synthetic and efficient way, on project progress;
Respect applicable steering methodology;
Manage customer’s expectations;
Manage scope change, adapting costs, timelines and quality, in agreement with customer;
Identify & manage risks, potential slippage, proposing alternative solutions, and alert efficiently, targetting relevant people;
Establish a complete, clear and concise reporting
Establish Business Requirements Specifications
Objective:
Deliver a clear and complete vision of what the project should deliver, enabling solution definition.
Key factors:
Document all functionalities and business rules coming from the exiting tools,
Lead interviews with key players and document their outcomes,
Establish detailed Business Requirements Specifications, including Non-functional requirements,
Lead the Business Requirements Approval process by the Business;
Present BRS document to Global IT Architecture department, for them to sutdy a solution.
