Description de la mission
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Big Data Program Director.
MISSION
· Lead the successful execution and program management of Big Data initiative within CTO organization, which encompass drive reporting and execution tracking of Big Data technology strategy
RESPONSIBILITY
· Act as a key and recognized stakeholder in program management of the strategy around Big Data
· Manage the governance, prioritization, planning and scheduling of all Big Data activities driven by the client CTO to enable successful delivery
· Be accountable for effective governance and communication with senior executive management across the client, the Group and multiple Business entities
· Provide visibility on program KPIs to senior executive management
· Take appropriate actions and decisions to meet the objectives of the program
· Assure overall project management quality covering: program planning and control, program governance, communications, change management, resourcing, budgeting, issue and risk management
SKILLS · Program Management with strategic vision
· Overall understand and some deep knowledge of Big Data technology, culture and functional
· High level of maturity in working both across cultures and at various levels of the organization
· Complex context appropriation and communication capabilities for managing reports and relationship at Executive level
· Ability to work under pressure with very tight deadlines
Program/Project Management
· Ability to drive delivery and advance complex global programs despite potentially adverse and changing conditions through effective governance with limited, targeted executive escalation
· Expert judgment with the ability to quickly identify, analyze, evaluate and resolve problems at the local/regional level which could negatively impact global program implementation and/or financial results
· Manages cross-functional risks / issues across inter-cultural dimensions

· Ensure objectives are ambitious, maintain a sense of urgency, and redirect efforts if necessary to maintain sound time-management of the program.

· Build collaborative relationships with both internal customers and global program team members
