Description de la mission
Nous recherchons un Administrateur ITSM pour une mission de longue durée sur Malakoff
Mainly Responsible for:
- Being the referent for Europe zone for both ITEC ITSM tooling & induced activities.
- As project leader on Europe & Worldwide, plan rollout, evaluate risks, maintain functional homogeneity, verify on regular base implementations, animate workshops to reach expected goals, plan necessary trainings sessions and prepare training materials.
- Animating communities at both Europe and worldwide levels both ITEC ITSM tooling & induced activities
- Responsible of the implementation and execution of the end to end Configuration Asset Management Process, contributing to the process definition enhancement, procedure and work instructions creation and maintenance.
- Manage Definitive Media Library (DML)
- Software and Hardware Store
- Support hardware and software lifecycle processes by providing the associated reports on usage/utilization, availability, forward planning and schedules. - Provide regular reporting on consumption of resources and services by business unit (ie: cloud resources, software licenses…)
Contribute to:
- Verify the effectiveness of the tools & process in the achievement of the defined objectives.
- Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as ITEC tools specialist & the configuration management representative when needed.
- Provides recommendation and assists with developing improvements around processes, tools, standards and the overall quality of work produced by the team.
- Measure and optimize the efficiency of the activities.
- Set up the plans of improvement.
