GRDF – CIAM Project: Montereuil – FRANCE (SAP PM)

The objective of the project is to support and carry out the customer in the corrective and evolutionary maintenance operations of the SAP system
I’m now a member of maintenance team (with SopraSteria). My main activity is carry out evolution of class and characteristics (Classification topics)
Achievements:
Chalenge stakeholders on the relevance and needs expressed
Ensure that developments are consistent with SAP business rules and best practice
Quantified the requested evolutions
Carry out and test the modifications expressed
Perform corrections of detected errors

From January 2019 to August 2019: Freelance Consultant

Engie – ECAM Project: Casablanca – MOROCCO (SAP PM, MM, SD)

The objective of the project is to a full implementation of S4 HANA (FI, CO, PS, MM, SD, PM) .
I participate in the project as Logistics Stream Lead. I had to manage a team of 3 consultants (PM, MM and SD) and also 2 internships.
Achievements:
Organize meetings with stakeholders to collect the need and establish the main rules to build the blueprint.
Participate in the drafting and validation of the general design document
Organize workshops with the business to define management rules for the detail design (for PM, MM and SD modules).
Customizing realisation and documentation
Build and deliver all new specification documents (transport management using PM and CO)
Follow up of the delivery of specific programs built by the off shore team in India
Organize training session (only for key users) and participate to build and validation of training document
Data migration preparation (data cleaning, conversion rules, template creation).
Role and authorization preparation (collect roles / users / profile, update role and authorization matrix).
Prepare unit and acceptance tests (Scenario creation).
Cut over plan preparation and execution.
Go-live run and support end users
Post go-live support
Other tasks:
Weekly reporting: achievements, alerts, some key KPI
Monitor the logistics consultants team activity and provide solutions to problems encountered

TARKETT – FoCus-WOOD Project: Hanaskog Roll-out (SAP PM)

The objective of the project is to implement the new Core model solution.
I was in charge of the implementation of the new core model solution on SAP PM module.
Achievements:
Organize workshops with the business to define management rules.
SAP maintenance structure realisation.
System customizing.
Deliver all new specification documents (scanning spare part, Work order printout,).
Data migration preparation (data cleaning, conversion rules, template creation).
Role and authorization preparation (collect roles / users / profile, update role and authorization matrix).
Prepare unit and acceptance tests (Scenario creation).
Other tasks:
Data crunching for other Tarkett sites
Build and cost action plan to help in decision process to implement the Core Solution

From November 2017 to August 2018: Freelance Consultant

COTY – Data Migration & Data Governance Team Lead (SAP MM)

The objective is to manage data migrations following the various evolutions.
Achievements:
Build migration tools (LSMW).
Standardize the different processes for processing material data.
Manage the consequences of changes in the business based on articles: Purchase of new brands, Merger of legal entities, Site closures, and new markets.
Manage the team of consultants and monitor the activity of project disputes.

From February 2017 to August 2017: Freelance Consultant

JCDecaux – Core Model S4 HANA (SAP PM-EAM, MM, PP)

Member of Code Model design team.

The purpose of the project is to build a new Core Model using Agile methodology on SAP S4 HANA technology in finance, controlling, logistics and maintenance. I was in charge of procurement and maintenance domains. Now, the project is on global design phase

PPG – Best Of Project (SAP MM)

Member of solution design team.

The objective of the mission is to manage data in case to insure business unit fusion. I was responsible of data management and migration of SAP MM module. I was also in charge of training session for SAP MM-MRP implementation in a new plant in Italy.
