§ Coordinate first line support to approx.. 650 Technical Directorate users for SAP PS (Project Systems), SAP PM, SAP
ES/MM (External Services via contract management), BW, SAP issues resolution, process improvement, and report
development to ensure optimal utilization of the SAP modules. Ensure that SAP Transactional and operational support
is provided to meet the end users requirements. Ensure the SAP Authorizations are in line with the Business Process.
§ Directorate Focal Point SAP Transformation Program moving the business to SAP S/4 Hana involving segment reporting
implementation (G/L accounts, Profit centers) as part of the Finance Transformation, CEO Dashboard (MM/ES/PM/PS),
Ariba, Management of Change: merging systems related to maintenance requests/orders and project specific orders
(RES, project services and SOR (project systems).
§ Liaise with the SAP Competency Centre on new requirements, current and future system support needs to ensure
enhancement of functionalities and optimal utilization of all SAP system. (SAP PS, SAP PM, SAP ES/MM, BW).
§ Conduct gap and data analysis (Master data Quality) on business processes to identify bottlenecks, constraints,
dependencies, risks and opportunities for improvement, automation and integration between SAP PS, ES (MM), PM and
relevant modules. Lead Master Data Quality teams with the business to ensure reliability of Master Data and provide
solutions for missing historic Master Data in the SAP system.
§ Implement and streamline Projects different handover certificates via SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities and
prepare templates for successful system upload between the different departments.
§ Manage trainings around all new enhancements implemented in SAP and other integrated Software
§ Ensure team is ready to train (train the trainer concept) to deliver quality
§ Engage with SME's to understand and prepare business cases and detailed business requirements for the automation of
business processes and liaise with ICT to address the user requirements for the implementation of proposed solutions.
§ Facilitate in resolving cross-functional business analysis Master Data issues across Technical Directorate (Project
Engineering and Procurement) and other directorates to enhance departmental and organizational processes, Data and
reporting accuracy and procedures.

§ Coordinate the development of functional specifications requirements, data migration, User Acceptance Test (UAT), of
SAP PS, ES, MM and PM modules in Technical Directorate.
§ Identify, and facilitate the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Technical Directorate processes
within SAP Modules to monitor variations and identifying improvement opportunities.
