System Overview:
VP has developed a set of APIs, called “Partner APIs”, to ensure catalog exhibition and sales synchronization between Partner’s and VP’s websites. This is a Web API solution allowing data and information exchange with Partners.

The purpose of “Partner API” detailed in this document is to ensure:
Publication of sales (called “Operations”) on the partner Website,
Exportation of sales details and their Media,
Carts & Stocks Management,
Orders & Logistics Management.
They are grouped into four main functional categories:

Catalog APIs: sales exhibition open to partners,
Checkout APIs: Create Carts, Update Carts, Carts Controls and Create or Update Members,
Order APIs: Order Management and Logistics,
Member APIs: Creation and management of member's profile

Portal (AccorLiveFRS) is a corporate communication and collaboration portal. It supports ONE FRHI strategy and aligns the corporate, brand, and operational strategies to this overall structure. Corporate communication strategy is one of the key areas of focus to communicate and educate the entire company Portal is one of the key vehicles that reaches out to almost every single Accor colleague.
Loyalty application by Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, which rewards members for making qualifying reservations at participating locations. CRS-Each time a Member makes a reservation on behalf of his/her company, boss, or colleagues, either directly or through a travel agent at participating hotels, he/she earns points on the qualifying stays. Points earned on such stays can be used by members for certificates. Members can redeem certificates for free hotel room nights, dining & spa certificates, or gift cards from popular local retailers

System Overview:
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software gives us the ability to integrate all departments and functions across the company into a single computer system that can serve the needs of each department. There are multiple applications that sit on the ERP system. These applications display the relevant information from the ERP database that is applicable to the user.
A patient will go through Admissions and set up with a Clinical Profile by Authorizations. • Authorizations will load the contract/work authorizations. • Work authorizations are only loaded once they are received from the funding source. • There are some rare instances, upon approval from the Director of Compliance and Auditing, where Authorizations may load hours without receiving the work authorizations. • A patient can be scheduled using the ERP Scheduler application once the work authorizations have been loaded. • A new employee is entered in ERP upon receipt of their HR paperwork. They can then be scheduled for appointments using the ERP Scheduler.
All insurance-funded patients must have a BCBA/PhD/MFT assigned to them in order for the billing department to bill the Insurance Company for the services
