TEST LEAD / Analyst
As a experienced Quality analyst for the OMS team at Kering EAGLE PROJECT, my main role is towork closely with different
teams on the project and try to bring more quality on the testing delivery. I also work closely with project managers for defining
schedules and having visibility on project milestones. I am charged to identify the testing requirements, to write the tests cases
andexecute them with accuracy. I bring my expertise from the beginning of the process (testing strategy) to the end of it (test
reporting). My main target is to collaborate with the different projects and improve the overall quality of the testing
• Plan the test for the features included in the increment (inside the release)
• Definition of test plans, scenarios
• Creation of dashboards for communication and monitoring
• Participation in kick-off meetings, alignment meetings
• Communicate with business & IT teams (Statutes of test campaigns, grooming etc ...)
• Collaborate with test automation teams
• Execution of tests, bugs opening and follow-up of their correction with the technical teams
• Collaborate with the various teams involved in the project (Integration, OMS, middleware, SOA Galassia, IODS,
Customer Front etc ...)
• Reporting to the Test Manager / collection of needs and user stories writing
• Testing technical flows between each Ecom IT component including: Frontend, OMS, PIM, DAM,
Payment/Fraud, TMS, WMS, ... including extensive use of Kafka tech
• Testing the integration of the legacy with Ecom softs (JDA, JDE, SAP, local custom version)
• Supervision of 3 testers – Testing team management
• Planning Management
• Coordination QA with business and IT
• Testing strategy writing
• Test execution management

OMS : Order Management System (Manhattan) orchestrates and executes the complete fulfillment life-

Check every modification during the order lifecycle process
