• CX Testing (customer care applications).
• Test of standard promotions, OCC promotions.

• Test of billing configurations (BCH/BGH/fixBills/DOC1).
• Test of rating plans/service packages/ services.
• Report, analyse and follow-up bugs.
• Performance testing.
• Provisioning via GMD.
• Effective Communication with the other testers, developers, Project team and production team.
• Ensure the installation in the production environment with production team.

Tasks as concerning maintenance of the billing system:
• Effective communication with the billing team and the external provider.
• Problem Analysis (investigations, log verification…).
• Detect and extract the affected cases.
• Testing and ensuring the installation of correctives (One-shots, source fixing).
