Responsibilities:

Aug 2017 – Today – QA Team leader / QA Engineer
 Defining testing strategy in collaboration with the QA Director for each release / project
 Managing QA team in Tunis and Warsaw (11 people: assignments, mentoring, assist…)
 Management of the whole QA team (Tunis, Warsaw and Mauritius) during the absence of the QA director and reporting progress to IT director.
 Hiring new people and on-boarding them (setting goals...)
 Main responsible for testing key projects like Cloud migration (Azure), Infra redesign, Test andProd platforms availability…
 Responsible of the hotfix releases (Coordination with Devs and POs, QA progress, to meet the deadline with a constant interaction with App Support team and managers to deal with priorities)
 In charge of Business Units tests support: treating requests from stakeholders, functional issues / change requests, UX/UI enhancements to make the platform more user friendly, translation optimization…

 Testing and validating fixed issues, changes and platform updates.
 Writing and reviewing test design documents, validating IT referents comments.
 Develop test plans on TFS, testing scenarios for client’s enhancements (Renault, Heineken...).
 Reporting the QA progress during daily meetings. (SCRUM).
 Participate to sprint planning meetings with Dev team.
 Updating the functional test planning on a daily basis and reporting blocking issues
 In charge of automated tests execution (using Selenium) and progress monitoring (new scripts), investigating issues and validating them.

Responsibilities:
 Testing and quality assurance for all MFact (fund accounting solution) changes and updates
 Develop test plans, scripts, and testing scenarios for client’s enhancements (ALPS, UMB Bank, Mizuho Bank...).
 Carry out regression, smoke and negative testing and report issues.
 In charge of performance testing (Oracle AWR reports, internal tools...)
 Mentoring new team members (testing process, Tools...)
 Creating and maintaining the automated test packs
 Assuring the team leader’s interim (team assignments, reporting blocking issues, next assignments, training plans…)

Mai 2010 àAujourd’hui–Consultant – SunGard Global Trading (Reporte à Paris, Londres et Tunis)
SunGard est un fournisseur mondial de solutions pour les opérations de front office, middle office et back office, auxquelles recourent les établissements financiers internationaux.

Responsabilités:
• Gestion de la qualité des différents projets clients (ex : JPMorgan, HSBC, RBS, NEWEDGE…
• Installation et configuration des plateformes de connectivité Bourse sur des machines virtuelles linux à travers l’architecture SunGard Global Trading.
• Diagnostic et analyse de bugs pour différents produitsSunGard niveau front office, ainsi que la validation des corrections.
•La rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles pour les demandes d’évolution des clients SunGard et le suivie de leurs développement.
•La mise en œuvre et l’exécution d'un ensemble de scénarios de test pour assurer la qualité des applications clients et des produits SunGard.

• La participation au maintien et à l'enrichissement de l'outil d'automatisation des tests.

• Suivie et monitoring des issues lists entre les équipes de développement et Q&A en Asie et à Paris ainsi que le management à Londres par l’organisation de meeting, Conf calls et sessions Webex suivant la méthode SCRUM dans le cadre du Projet LowLatency (optimisation des performances).
