Managing Huawei network using iManager U2000 NMS

Responsible of the MW link swaps and capacity upgrades
Microwave Optix RTN900&300 commissioning & troubleshooting issues

Providing support for Optix RTN 900 series and 300 series products

Providing support for OMSN products (1642, 1650SMC, 1662 SMC, 1660 SM), ISA ES16, ISA ES4 and WDM product (1830PSS-32).

Performing operation, maintenance, commissioning, modification and configuration for Alcatel equipment “LSY, AWY, LUX50”
Operation and administration of Alcatel-Lucent servers 1353NM, 1354RM and 1350 OMS (WDM, PKT, SDH and EML)

Being Responsible for 2nd level support on all escalated incident from the front office team.

Performing 2nd level Troubleshooting and Support for Alcatel LSY, ULS, LUX50

Performing the creation/ deletion of Nodes, services paths, physical connections, supervise the equipment

Performing the swap and integration of OMSN on the network

Launching back up servers.

Performing troubleshooting analysis & investigating about outages and being responsible for initiating and managing escalation between client and providers

Performing Upgrades for all Network Elements.

Being Responsible for investigating design defect and preparing recommendation whenever it is necessary.

Checking the NMS performance on weekly basis: monitoring the disk usage, network sizing, cleaning the unused files.

Checking the NMS backup

Being Responsible for site handover, expansion, checking, verification and reporting.

Attending technical meetings with the management and equipment vendors to discuss matters concerning future expansion and technical issues affecting the network (respecting SLA). Evaluate and suggest solutions to resolve problem encountered and course plan of action with other group/department in the implementation of project in delivering the highest standard of service

Perform the supervision for the BSS network

Perform the supervision for the Transmission Network “Alcatel-Lucent, NEC and Siemens”

Provide level-1 operation and maintenance support for the Alcatel-Lucent products: OMSN, Radio

Provide level-1 operation and maintenance support for the NEC products: PasoNEO, 3000S, 5000S Radio

Provide Level 1 operation and maintenance support for the NSN products ; BTS, BSC, TRAU

Perform level 1 troubleshooting analysis & investigation about outages
