Introduction of a new ROHS (reduction of hasardous substances) hardware machines on NORTEL UMTS OAM.
Test and validate nortel OAM UMTS solution on the new SUN servers.
Write the test specifications of the product installation and performance.
Perform the installation test and the non-regression tests.
Integration of the new servers SF4900, the new diskarray SE6140 and the Ultra 45 workstation.
Product functionnalities tests and writing the technical product description report.

Investigate on customer BSS (BTS, BSC, OMC-R and PCUSN) defected products issues and provide solutions.
Make a procedure for Install and Upgrade on the network.
Support Installation and commissioning teams when installing a new version or a new product.
Write customer technical Bulletin to fix issues.
Support the customer to restablish the calls when there is an outage on the BSC 2G, BSC e3 and the BSC e3.

BSS Technical support Level 3 engineer in Nortel Networks on GSM OMC-R product. NORTEL NETWORKS
Support the Level 2 team to investigate on OMC-R problems.
Investigate problems and provide solutions to a Product defects on OMC-R.
Write Technical Bulletins to fixes OMC-R issues.
Work close to Design to test the fixes delivered to the customers.
Provide the on call support to re-stablish the service quickly and make shorter the outages on customer BSS network.
Reproduce customer issues on Lab and validate the proposal solution.
Give solution on hardware issues on a SUN Servers E4000, SFV880, SUNBlade workstations and Sun Storages.

07/2000 - 01/ 2001 BSS monitoring tool development BOUYGUES TELECOM
Using a Unix, Sql and Visual Basic a BSS monitoring tool has been developed.
This tool display in real time the major and critical alarms on BSCs enabling a synthetic sight on the network.
The data where collected from sybase, treated by unix shell and displayed on the Map of france by Visual Basic.
