• Provide theoretical and practical customer/user service and support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and peripheral problem.
• Co-administer and support STC Internet Gateway network.
• Co-administer and support STC VAS Intelligent Infrastructure network

Manage more than 10 routers and 60 switches with JUNOS and CISCO Operating System in Al Maktoum International Airport Data Centre Network. My major work and responsibilities at this position included the following;
• Operation and maintenance of AMIA Network for basic and advanced configuration and troubleshooting of all Juniper nodes.
• Responsible for Integration and implementation of various services in the IP/MPLS network.
• Close co-ordination with multiple subcontractor and customer for various services design and implementation
• Participating in configuring and activating new services in deferent phases

• Operation and maintenance of MTN Core Network for basic and advanced configuration and troubleshooting of all Juniper nodes.
• Responsible for Integration and implementation of IP/MPLS network.
• Responsible for Preparing and conducting the workshop for knowledge transfer to MTN network team
• Close co-ordination with MTN and Ericcson Design Team to prepare the MPBN traffic migration to the IP/MPLS Core Network
