Education
Sep 2006-Jul 2010 Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Higher School of Science and
Technology of Tunis
I was working in my end of studies project in numerical modeling and simulation of metal forming
process of welded Tube
Title: Numerical modeling of hydroforming of welded Tube Supervised by Pr Ayedi Mahfoudh this
work was done at the research Unity Mechanics of solids, structures and technological development.
In this project the material behavior of the weld joint was simulated using commercial software
Abaqus to identify the optimal parameters to get a welded tube without pre-crack the material
behavior was identified using a biaxial test and a parametric study was computed to identify the
optimal friction coefficient .
sep 2011-juin 2013 Master of mechanical engineering National Engineering School of Tunis
Topic: vibration, numerical modeling, composite material, numerical homogenization, micro and
macro modeling
dynamic stiffness method Title: Continue element for the free vibration analysis of laminate
composite shell Supervised by Pr Amine Khadimallah this work was done at the applied
mechanical laboratory LASMAP of the Polytechnic School of Tunisia EPT
In this project the micro-macro approach was used to predict the vibration response of the
composite shell structure
Sept 2013-september 2016 working in a research project at the mechanical engineering laboratory
of national engineering school of Monastir in the contribution of the developing of numerical
simulation tools in the industry of the electroplating of aircraft industry in house software from CAD
solver by boundary element method to predict of the layer thickness of deposit in the aircraft part
with a partnership with industrial company that work in electroplating the aim of this project was
developing a tools that will be used in the industry of electroplating to get a uniform deposit layer in
the hall part pour de specification de client I was contribute to the developing of the software from
CAD modeling solver and meshing and post processing tools I was also working in the experimental
study to validate the results from the software this project was financed by the European union
After this experience in numerical modeling and since 2017 I decide to create a office that offer
consulting service in numerical modeling sandal consulting service
I was giving many services about numerical modeling in many engineering problem composite
modeling fracture modeling civil engineering problem (seismic analysis ) behavior of soil under many
laoding conditions
Recently I was work in numerical modeling of adhesive joint by identification of the damage
parmeters of the adhesive using cohesive behavior coupling between abaqus and matlab to identify
the damage parameters of the adhesive layer
Working in the thermo-mechanical failure in cutting process of multiphasic material
